The Association of Theological Schools in the Middle East (ATIME) held its annual meeting in Balamand. Delegations from Catholic, Syrian, and Armenian Theological Schools came for the meeting at St. John of Damascus Institute of Theology. Various activities were held including a lecture by Mr. Michel Nseir, the Executive Secretary of ATIME, about ecclesiology and the meaning of Church. Archimandrite Paul Yazigi, the Dean of St. John of Damascus Institute of Theology in Balamand, spoke about "The Bodily and the Spiritual Man: The Dialogue of Jesus and Nicodemos."
